Seasoned, technically savvy, and results-oriented social entrepreneur who owns Wisdom Counselors LLC, a consulting and management enterprise.  Over the past 25 years, C. Ja’net worked diligently with numerous organizations creating organizational infrastructures that result in organizational longevity and profitability.  Her passion and target population are working with startups to small business executives.  As a business owner, C. Ja’net developed and piloted a nonprofit management certificate which later expanded to include for-profit organizations.  During her pilots over the past 5 years, she helped 100 entrepreneurs with business development and 10 received a business certification.  In addition to being an entrepreneur, she is an educator who teaches Federal and Texas Government.  In the workforce, C Ja’net managed teams ranging from 5 to 800 people.  The most governmental funding awarded for an organization is 1 billion and managed multiple budgets ranging from 1.2 million to 6 million.
